You must have an SSL-compatible browser such as Internet Explorer or
Navigator (2.x or newer) to access our secure server.
If you are using Navigator 3.x (or any of the betas) you must:
- Select "Security Preferences" from the "Options"
Menu.
- Select "Enable SSL v2" and deselect (this is important)
"Enable SSL v3"
The current version of AOL's web browser doesn't support secure transactions
at this time. Also, if you are accessing the internet via an institutional
direct connection make sure you are not behind a "firewall."
